If you´ve found the man or woman of your dreams and planning to get married, I want you to find the DRESS of your dreams as well!
For many years, plus size brides had to settle for any big white dress from a shop, normally not very fitted or very bridal.
But the dog days are over, gal pals!
I have picked out some of my favourite wedding dresses and categorized them into Classic, Boho chic, Romantic and Edgy - for the bride who wants to go a bit more out there.
A dress might take up to 9-10 months to get, hence this blog now in August so you can have your dream dress ready for next summer <3
Every single dress here goes up to a minimum size of US 26 - a US 26 equals a European 58 and a UK 30, and some up to US 32W and US 44.
Note that some of the models are not plus size models, so look at the silhuette and shape, not the model wearing the dress :)
Most of these dresses can be ordered online, but remember fitting and alteration charges as well. I would recommend to find a bridal store in your town and see if they can order the dress for you. Most stores don´t have the plus size dresses, but they have the designer in store. So there should not be a problem for them to order your dress. Just make sure you take proper measurements before you order.
Most of these dresses comes in different colours like white, ivory, blush, champagne, so remember to check which colour you feel the most beautiful in.

THE CLASSIC WEDDING DRESS
One of my absolute favourites here from Mori Lee - the Julietta line.
The top piece can be removed to make it a strapless, but I adore it.

Some curvy girls wants to have some arm coverage, so here´s an amazing dress from Allure. The back, the buttons, the long sleeves and the mermaid. LOVE.

This all over lace trumpet gown from David´s Bridal has a lovely v-neck that allows for a good bra. The trumpet gives a great silhuette as well.
This gorge dress from Allure Woman - their plus size range, allows a bra since it has thick straps, but still oozes sexy because of the key hole back.
Need I say more then "a Swarovski crystal-covered satin ballgown" from Allure Woman?

Mori Lee - Julietta in a wonderful ruffled mermaid. The corset back gives a fab silhuette.
I love a classic lace dress, and this from Allure Woman gives me everything - sweetheart neckline and three layers of lace in the back.
