Velvet is one of the biggest trends this fall together with metallics and leopard prints in various colours. I feel that the plus size brands is a bit behind now on these trends, but I´ve found some pieces in velvet for us rounder gal pals through ASOS. Man, I love ASOS!
Remember that you can accessorize in velvet to get the vibe - it´s (sometimes...) cheaper and makes a great statement as well. So I´ve added flat shoes, boots, heels, bags and backpacks as well.

Great pink velvet bomber jacket from Missguided
This is from the regular sized brand, but the jacket is oversize. Don´t be afraid of trying oversized items on! Many brands, like Monki, have regular sizes that fit plus size girls.
